Welcome to the Birth Choices Workshop Tribe. I’m so glad you’re here. This space was created as a supportive community for expectant parents and families who want to feel informed, confident, and empowered as they prepare for birth.

My heart is to provide a warm, judgment-free environment where you can learn about your birth options, ask honest questions, and connect with other families who are walking a similar journey. Pregnancy and birth can bring excitement, curiosity, and sometimes uncertainty, and this community is here to support you through it.

Inside this tribe, you can expect:

• Education about different birth choices and options• Conversations about preparing for labor, delivery, and the early postpartum period

• Encouragement from a community-centered and family-centered perspective

• Helpful tips, resources, and guidance from a birth professional and educator

• A safe place to share experiences, questions, and encouragement with one another

Whether you are a first-time parent, growing your family, or simply exploring your options, you are welcome here. Every birth journey is unique, and this space honors the many different paths families take.

I encourage you to introduce yourself when you join. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable — where you are in your pregnancy journey, what you’re hoping to learn, or what questions you may have.
